Loved this shop! I went to a different one initially and sat for two hours without my car even being looked at. Came here instead the next day and so glad I did! So professional and nice. Got my car in immediately and had the tires rotated, oil changed, brakes/rotors replaced within 4 hours. Had my car back to me by lunch. Provided me with photos of the damage and a comprehensive report of what my car needed so I knew they weren’t bs’ing me. Fair price for everything! Not to mention they provided step-by-step what was happening with my car via text and phone calls. I will not take my car anywhere else now!

My experience with Carfix on Hillsborough in Raleigh could not have gone better. The testing and repairs on my 2021 Subaru Ascent were done promptly and professionally. I needed the car a day earlier than planned and they met that goal. I highly recommend this Carfix location.

Always get great service and honest opinions. We had to get a part ordered and they worked with us on the scheduling.

Review of the Hillsborough St location: An honest repair shop that fixes things that need fixing and they do it well. The shop doesn't invent problems. They stand behind their work. I've recommended Carfix's services to a number of friends and family members. This is my go-to shop for a 2000 Jeep TJ and 2009 Honda Accord.

Great people with excellent customer service skills. Very detailed analysis and workmanship. Highly recommended…but not cheap. However, you receive value for your money.

Have used this shop multiple times. I have found them to be professional, honest, and customer centered. They even sent someone to my house to help my wife with a flat tire when I was out of town. I’ve dealt with Jimmy on several occasions and he has made me feel more like a friend than a customer. But everyone I have dealt with is courteous and friendly. They offer appointments for things like oil changes and tire rotations and even offer free loaner cars and shuttle service if your vehicle needs an extended stay. This last time I took a vehicle in for a fluid leak, which I feared would be costly, only to be surprised to learn that the oil filter had come loose and would be an easy and inexpensive fix compared to what I could have been told and billed for. And no, Carfix was not the one that applied the filter that came loose, but they will be from now on. Cannot say enough good stuff about this business.

I've been to car fix numerous times now 40/42, Garner location, and while unfortunate having to have vehicle repairs, everyone there makes it as good of experience as it gets. All work that has been performed has been quality and took car of the issue. There is also added conveinance they will shuttle you home or to work while you wait or so you can drop of at your conveinance and eliminates you having to find another way or miss more working hours.
Everyone I've worked with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed late to make sure I've gotten my vehicle back, and always kept me up to date with what's going on with my vehicles. Plenty of information and photos are provided before you commit to any work. It's obvious they take customer satisfaction very seriously. I've never had a negative experience and would highly recommend.

Have used Carfix for years for our car repairs, happy with the service and professionalism. Would recommend and will go back again when needed. They have good turn around time if we need to leave your vehicle, and are friendly and professional.

We have been a client of CarFix since Mike first opened the first store in Johnston County.
We have always had confidence in them in servicing our cars. Have never felt like they are selling services we do not need done like so many places do. Which is why we TRUST them when they do recommend a service.
They communicate well and always make sure you are happy with their service.

Was able to get an appointment quickly, they were friendly and the price was fair.

Needed a tire fixed due to a puncture from a nail. CarFix was extremely quick, and even offered to get me a ride. Great folk doing good work.

Very courteous and business like. Got me in and out expeditiously. Informed me of recommended additional services but did not pressure me to have them done.

This location has Superb customer service each and every time I step through the door greeted with the same energy, smiles ,laughs and outstanding performance on cars. Very detailed for a woman to understand in breakdown a problem to a car( gerber). The person that locked me was Steven. He has now went to better positions but he left the store in the best of Hands. I feel secure coming to that location where the he is there or not but God knows I love to see Steven sent from the customer service Gods themselves. He is the Thor of customer service. The team at that location is the Avengers! They are all my super heroes. Keeping me moving when my business is based out of my car daily.

I had to get a blown out tire replaced and internal engine problems repaired. Carfix did a great job at a reasonable price.
