This was a new place offered to me for warranty service. Elliot (and Tim) was an amazing service advisor with timely updates and upfront with all aspects of the work abd expectations. The mechanics must be amazing too, as the vehicle I picked up was vastly improved from when I dropped it off. At one point, Elliot even went on a test drive with me to see/hear the symptoms of the car. I would not hesitate to have any vehicles serviced at this facility.

Tim and Elliott were extremely helpful when I hit that pothole on Wade Ave that not only left me with a flat tire but also a bent wheel. They helped me find a tow truck and were so nice and professional throughout the repair process! Highly recommend these guys!!

I am so late in writing this review! I received EXCELLENT service from this CarFix location a few weeks ago. Elliot and other employees went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired and explained how they arrived at their pricing. They showed me videos and photos of the issues in my vehicle. They offered to schedule all pickups and drop-offs through Uber with no additional cost to me. At no point did I feel like they were trying to pull one over on me or get me to needlessly spend. I left here with more knowledge on my vehicle and a very positive impression of CarFix! My car drives like a dream now. A HUGE thank you to the entire CarFix staff! My radiator was leaking and my car was on the verge of overheating. I called several places and they were unable to take me in. Carfix was able to take me in and complete the job the day of. They clearly communicated the issue to me and jumped on the job. Great experience and customer service. Highly recommend

I had a great experience, they were super nice and easy to work with. I took my car in the afternoon and it was ready the same day (I picked it up the morning the next day for convenience purposes) They were nice on the phone when updating me on the state of my car. the price of my repair and oil change was very reasonable. Overall, a very positive experience, I will be taking my car here in the future.

Carfix Auto Repair is the #1 place for yor car repair needs. Derek was helpful in every way and kept me up to date throughout the work. We took our daughter’s 2019 RAV4 to Carfix on Friday, November 14, 2025 for service. The tires needed to be rotated and it needed the oil to be changed. They found two marker lights needed to be replaced so this was done as well. We’re thankful for the team at Carfix and keeping this vehicle in top shape. I was there this morning, Thursday 11/13/25, and I witnessed a tech named “John” who was servicing a lovely elderly lady. She bought her car in due to a light not working. When he came out to explain to her what was wrong and what they did, his remarks moved me. He was so generous, polite, and professional that he checked all the boxes. Her reaction to what he said brightened up the showroom even though it was just me and her. John really showcased the values of this business and I know made a loyal client for future works with her, and with me. If service organizations learned from CarFix and John, then their retention rate would skyrocket. It’s hard these days to see people helping people, and that’s exactly what John did. I loved witnessing the whole interaction between John and this beautiful elderly lady. Thank you for that CarFix and thank you for my own services. I’ll see you again.

MY EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! I was there a year ago and again this week. On both visits, everyone was so kind, welcoming, thoughtful, efficient, AND THOROUGH! I also learned some things that I would never have known. I usually take my car to the dealership twice a year, expecting that everything will get checked out. This week, I didn't feel like waiting for an appointment at the dealership since I needed my car to be in good shape immediately and was afraid to drive all the way to the dealership. Carfix did a thorough checkup and found some very importance things that needed attention that did not surface at the dealership two weeks ago. I'm a single senior citizen with zero knowledge about cars. CARFIX SAVED ME! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU KYLE AND MEKHI! YOU ARE GOING TO BE STUCK WITH ME IN THE FUTURE!

I recently had Carfix work on the turbo components for my Nissan Juke, and they did an outstanding job. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was being done every step of the way. They also provided several financial options to help cover the cost of the repairs, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, they gave me a detailed list of other potential issues that could come up in the future, along with the level of urgency for each one. Their thoroughness and transparency truly stood out.
