I’ve never left 2 reviews before but this place deserves it. I recently moved out of the state and Tim took the time to help me find a shop near me that he knew would be able to best help me. I was still having some AC issues and although the problems that were found were not from CarFix, they helped me pay for the repairs all because they wanted to make sure I was good and settled in this new area. They are a truly caring team and I am SO glad to have met them 🙂

Carifix and Tim provided excellent service to me in fixing my Subaru wheel bearing. What makes them different is they take the time to really explain what is wrong with your vehicle and the best way to fix it. Although they are not the cheapest nor most expensive, they are people you can trust and honest in their approach. They are my go to mechanics for my family.

I have been a few times, both for regular maintenance and fixing issues. They are very comprehensive with their diagnostics and have always done right by me. They are a little pricey but it is reflected in the quality of their work.

The mechanics seem very knowledgeable. They answered my questions and checked out my car well. The car is usually ready in reasonable time. This time (it was very hot) they had an Uber pick me up to come get my car. I use this garage for oil changes regularly.

Carfix is my go to place to bring my car any time something's wrong. Tim and his team provide the upmost exceptional customer service around! I've had work done on my car three times so far, all different issues. The work is always done efficiently and in a very timely manner. They even offer payment plan options. Anything you need help with from a ride home and back to pick up your car, to giving you their own seat so that you can charge your phone at their desk. Tim and his team have you covered!

They are the absolute best!!

Car Fix was extremely professional, personable, and very quick. The price was less than half of what the dealership wanted to charge for less work.

Derek is awesome! Carfix always takes care of my vehicles. They can even do my husband's 2500 truck since they have the equipment to handle it. They have shuttle service and loaner cars. They walk you through the inspection and repairs needed. Great place to get your car repaired or maintained!!

Had a great experience at Carfix getting my oil changed! Joe was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took great care of me and made sure everything was handled. Really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely be back!

We have known John for several years and do not bring our vehicles to anyone else. He is nice, professional, knowledgeable and will tell you how it is. Highly recommend

I’ve used a lot of garages over the years, but CarFix is by far one of the best I’ve used. They are my go-to garage for any issue with my truck and work is always done great. They take videos during any work, videos of your vehicle’s whole system to review status…and text/email results. They go through everything and give recommendations…& are always honest with things that are needed ASAP and stuff that can wait. Prices are always fair to anywhere else, and I’ve always gotten deals at checkout. The last service that is most helpful is the free shuttle service to/from home so u don’t have to sit there while work is being done. The service that takes them to A++++ status—-free car loaner if needed. My latest service was a break breakdown on side of highway, towed to garage…and taking a loaner for days while work was done on my truck. This takes what would have normally caused a huge emergency with work & my kids and made it not a huge deal at all. Lastly…if you go to the Mast road location, always meet with John…he’s the best, friendliest guy to deal with, with decades of experience so he knows what he’s talking about. I can’t say it enough…CARFIX #1 in the Raleigh area!

Very thorough with their evaluation. Provided great service on my truck.

Emergency situation with overheating engine while on travel. Staff was extremely good to me. Offered me and my dog water. They diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair. Thermostat located, replaced and test driven in under 2 hours. So lucky I found a repair shop that got me back on the road quickly. They also provided me with knowledge about signs that might indicate the engine could have sustained damage.

Derek was my service manager and he was outstanding. Answered everything clearly and set the expectation from the get go. Ended up needing a CV axle replacement and they had the part ordered and fixed same day. Dropped my car off at 8am and was back in it by 3:30pm. Will definitely be going back for future work.

Brad and CarFix team listened to my description of the problem with my vehicle over the phone as I was stranded. The vehicle was towed to CarFix (Mast Drive Garner). They looked it over, confirmed the problem (brakes), ordered the part(s). They called later that evening and it was fixed. I would like to thank them for listening and getting the vehicle repaired as quickly as they did.

Absolutely recommend this mechanic shop! They have worked on both my truck and my son’s car, and every experience has been great. The work is always done right, they are honest, dependable, and truly care about their customers.
I especially want to recognize Derek for his excellent customer service. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and anytime we’ve had an issue, he addressed it immediately and made sure it was resolved. That kind of service is hard to find these days!
Also the loaner car and ride home makes a very inconvenient thing more substainable during working hours.
If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust with your vehicle, I highly recommend this shop. They’ve definitely earned our business and our trust! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Elliot over at Carfix is a stand up guy, he was knowledgeable about what was going on with my truck and pointed me in the right direction to save some money, I had no idea my catalytic converter was under warranty by ford because it was under 80,000 miles, instead of taking my money and doing the work he pointed me to a dealership that would do it for free because of the warranty. He really showed a lot of character and has earned my business for anything that happens to my truck or tires again. If you’ve got anything going on with your car or truck take it to Elliot and he will do right by you.

Carfix is the repair shop for me. Excellent service and timely repairs. Detailed analysis of what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be done to correct the issue. Great customer service.

Elliott and his team were great. After an inspection, I needed to take care of some damage to my tail light. That was finished quickly after an easy appointment setup. I was also provided with rides from and back to the location. They also replaced my tires and battery.

All in all, I was in a pinch and the people that helped me were nothing but courteous.

Great experience from start to finish. Greated by Elliot who was informative, patient and friendly. The whole team deserves 5 stars.

First off, they have a huge shop and the workers were kind. My car had a major oil leak. I made an appointment and dropped it off, they offered to call a ride for me. Hours later, I was called with a diagnosis. I approved and they called me back before noon the next day saying it was ready. Great service and included a warranty. They notified me of other issues that could be trouble but they weren't pushy and didnt upsell me. I would return if I have issues in the future.

Great customer service! Had to tow my vehicle to them for what ended to be a fuel pump issue. What a great group of people. Great service and very transparent. Got all the repairs done quickly and worked around my schedule seamlessly.

Thank you to Elliott and the Carfix team. One of our older cars had a drainage and interior leakage issue that had a lot of potential and not straightforward causes, and the team was persistent in sorting out root cause and balancing the cost effectively. I appreciated the consistent updates, photos and explanations, and Elliott going beyond to help resolve the issue.

Highly competent and friendly team that does what they say and does not deliberately inflate the amount of work and pricing. I definitely recommend them
