Excellent Experience with CarFix of Garner NC

Driving home from VA my “engine malfunction “ light came on and fortunately I was headed to my sisters for Easter. I brought my Audi into Carfix and ended up needing a full turbo replacement. The team at CarFix did an exceptional job from start to finish. It took a little time for the Audi parts to arrive, which was expected, but once everything was in, they completed the work and got my car back to me quickly and professionally.

Derek was amazing to work with -- responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. After I picked up the car, I experienced a small hiccup on the way home, and CarFix immediately stepped in to take care of it. That's when they truly went above and beyond.

Mike Z even offered to come by my home, check the codes, swap out my car with a loaner, and make sure everything was handled. He followed through and made the entire situation stress-free. Both Derek and Mike stayed in touch, followed up, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication and transparency made a huge difference.

They were also kind and patient when my nephew called to check on things, treating him with the same professionalism and courtesy. It's clear this team genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work.
