I am so late in writing this review! I received EXCELLENT service from this CarFix location a few weeks ago. Elliot and other employees went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired and explained how they arrived at their pricing. They showed me videos and photos of the issues in my vehicle. They offered to schedule all pickups and drop-offs through Uber with no additional cost to me. At no point did I feel like they were trying to pull one over on me or get me to needlessly spend. I left here with more knowledge on my vehicle and a very positive impression of CarFix! My car drives like a dream now. A HUGE thank you to the entire CarFix staff! My radiator was leaking and my car was on the verge of overheating. I called several places and they were unable to take me in. Carfix was able to take me in and complete the job the day of. They clearly communicated the issue to me and jumped on the job. Great experience and customer service. Highly recommend

I had a really positive experience at Carfix recently. I brought my car in because my brakes had started making a loud squeaking noise, and I wasn’t sure how serious it was. They inspected everything right away and gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be repaired. The team worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the process. I especially want to highlight Kit—he was incredibly supportive and even arranged a complimentary shuttle ride so I didn’t have to wait there the whole time. That thoughtful service meant a lot. I had a great experience, they were super nice and easy to work with. I took my car in the afternoon and it was ready the same day (I picked it up the morning the next day for convenience purposes) They were nice on the phone when updating me on the state of my car. the price of my repair and oil change was very reasonable.
