My brakes went out just down the road from this shop.
After seeing brake fluid leak from my rear hub, I called Carfix up and spoke to Tim.

When I got the car to their shop, Tim was extremely professional he communicated expectations effectively. They even called me an Uber home.

Over the next couple days, they communicated a ton about their findings on my car, recommended repairs, sent and invoice with pictures and videos of issues, offered financing, and once things were squared away and they had a green light, fixed my car very quickly.

Tim and the team at Carfix on Hillsborough Street went above and beyond for me today for my car repair needs. I came in for a simple free estimate, and received an in-depth diagnosis of my car's transmission issues, excellent customer service, multiple repair options at different price points, and plenty of advice. After having my car inspected and even test driven, Tim called me personally to walk me through all of the issues encountered during the inspection, explaining everything in layman's terms which helped me to understand clearly. Though I didn't decide in that moment how/when to proceed with the transmission replacement my car needed, Tim handled my case with absolutely integrity and care.
