I found CarFix because it came up on my Certified NAPA Service Center search, even though it is not a certified NAPA service center. I chose it because it was very close to NC State where my son goes to school.
Regardless, we had a great experience. The team did a comprehensive overview of the items need for service and worked with me to address the items that were urgent. I will have my son continue to go there for service for the remainder of his time at school.
