Great service! They did a full engine inspection to check for leaks. They provided pictures and videos of the inspection and issues found. Comunication was great so we are hapoy with the service they provided!

I will literally take both my cars here anytime I need anything. They do good work, stand behind their warranty, and are honest. A local place... Let's call them 'FlameRock Tires' for anonymity... Told me I had 4 tires that needed replacement, my shocks and struts were leaking and all my brake pads and rotors were dangerously thin. Carfix said the tread on the front two tires was low and probably should be replaced now or next oil change. As for my brakes, they had had between 2 and 5 oil changes left depending on how I drive and none of my shocks were leaking. They once replaced a half shaft on my wife's car, and by next oil change it had a torn boot. They mentioned it needed to be replaced and I reminded them they fixed it previously. They replaced the whole half shaft free of charge because all their parts and labor comes with a warranty. Save yourself an additional headache and get these people to work on your car. They're honest, won't try to upsell you and stand by their work.

John is knowledgeable and honest. I trust his expertise when it came to my car amd and an alignment report that they double checked with adding a thorough inspection. I received a detailed report by email with pictures and when I dropped my car off they handled the uber to go home. I will be back in the future and tell others of my experience!

Derek was quick and thorough in let me know what was wrong with my A/C system and what was needed to fix it properly. I love the fact that they give me a loaner car and shuttled me home and back to get the loaner after they had diagnosed the problem with my A/C. They had repairs completed exactly when promised and I was able to view and pay my bill online so when I returned the loaner car and literally walk in exchange keys for mine and walk out the door.

I have been using Carfix as my go-to for auto repair and maintenance as well as inspections and tires for several years now. They have always been professional and helpful in solving any issues with my vehicles. They even work with me on payment plans if needed. Definitely will continue using these guys as long as they (& I) am around!
Update - July 2, 2026 - John was very nice in repairing a leak in one of the tires I bought from them. A screw was in the tire and they fixed it and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Great service!
