I had a great experience with Carfix Auto Repair. I needed a battery but had to have my car towed because the last place I hated my car to they had broke the hood latch. I dropped my truck off last night. John called me first thing in morning to inform me of my truck service. Technician were great checked over my truck fixed my engine light and my truck was ready same day. Always great service at Carfix.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Oil change may take more than an hour, even with an appt it was nearly 90 minutes. But they seemed to be thorough. Might consider including times expected by routine service. However, they deserve a 5-star rating.

All around pleasant experience at the Garner location. Superb customer service by Max with excellent communication. He kept me posted on the repairs, the cost and estimated completion time. And a very thorough diagnosis of the Mini Cooper by Josh, who also effected the necessary repairs and performed the manufacturer's recommended services based on mileage, which is critical to maintaining the car's warranty. Carfix auto repair is certainly setting the standard for competence and professionalism in the field of auto mechanics. I highly recommend them.
